DesignWest Conference, San Jose, CA (PRWEB) April 23, 2013
Total Phase, a provider of industry-leading USB, I2C, SPI, and CAN embedded systems tools, announced they have updated their Flash Center Software to include out-of-the-box support for Micron´s latest series of high performance Serial NOR flash memory, the N25Q Serial NOR Flash memory. The Flash Center Software is the companion software to the Aardvark I2C/SPI Host Adapter and the Cheetah SPI Host Adapter. Users of the software can quickly select their part from a built-in part file library for quick and easy programming of I2C and SPI-based flash memories and EEPROMs.
Through a joint effort, Micron N25Q Serial NOR Flash memories are now included in the Flash Center Software built-in part library. Programming Micron memory will now be faster and easier than ever.
“Our collaboration with Total Phase has made it possible for our customers to quickly program N25Q memory parts enabling a wide variety of applications that incorporate Micron into their design,” said Jeff Bader, Vice President of Embedded Solutions Marketing at Micron. “The Cheetah SPI Host Adapter and Flash Center Software make a powerful combination for quick and easy programming. We are pleased to have out of the box support for Micron N25Q Serial NOR Flash memories.”
“The mission of Total Phase is to provide easy-to-use tools that enable our customers to get their project done faster and more efficiently. Programming can now be done faster and easier than ever with the addition of XML support for Micron products to the Flash Center Software,” said Gil Ben-Dov, VP & General Manager at Total Phase. “With this expansion of our part library, we hope more customers can harness the quick and powerful programming solution found in the Cheetah SPI adapter and its companion Flash Center Software.”
Visit Total Phase this week at the DesignWest Expo in San Jose, California at Booth 1824. They will be featuring live demonstrations of all the easy-to-use debugging tools offered by Total Phase.
