Dr. Rafik Benaissa Files a Complaint against Swiss Federal Prosecutor Mr. Michael Lauber with the Bern County Supreme Court, Alleges Subornation of Perjury

May 7, 2013

Dr. Rafik Benaissa, brother of former SNC Lavalin executive Riadh Ben Aissa, has filed a complaint against Swiss Federal Prosecutor Mr. Michael Lauber with the Bern-Switzerland County Supreme Court. The complaint alleges subornation of perjury by Mr. Michael Lauber in the SNC Lavalin affair.

Dallas, Texas. (PRWEB) May 07, 2013

Dr. Rafik Benaissa, brother of former SNC Lavalin executive Riadh Ben Aissa, has filed a complaint against Swiss Federal Prosecutor Mr. Michael Lauber with the Bern-Switzerland County Supreme Court (#799685619472) for alleged subornation of perjury.

The complaint alleges the following three points:

1-Mr. Michael Lauber has made agreements with several former supervisors of Riadh Ben Aissa, giving them immunity and special treatment in exchange for their testimony in Switzerland against Riadh Ben Aissa.

2-Mr. Michael Lauber has accepted such questionable testimony and it is upon this testimony that Riadh Ben Aissa is being detained in Switzerland for alleged charges of corruption, fraud, and money laundering.

3-Mr. Michael Lauber´s acceptance of such questionable testimony and its inclusion in Riadh Ben Aissa´s prosecution in Switzerland has resulted in a clear interference with the democratic, fair and apolitical administration of justice.

“We allege that this very wrong and this unfair judicial determination being used by Federal prosecutor Mr. Michael Lauber has resulted in my brother being detained in solitary confinement in a Bern prison for more than one year. We are otherwise deeply disapointed by news from respected media Handelszeitung announcing that our first two complaints with the Bern Supreme Court have been rejected and kindly request that Swiss Justice examines our third request. We expect nothing less than a discrimination-free and an apolitical kind of justice from a great country such as Switzerland. We have already established a relationship with the European Court of Human Rights through our Tunisia-based Attorney Mr. Hatem Kourda. Should all our claims in Switzerland be rejected, we will file another complaint with the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg-France,” says Dr. Rafik Benaissa.
