This instant processing web-portal will enhance the entire application process and will allow instant policy confirmation and certification upon application for fully medically underwritten plans.

Allianz Worldwide Care previously offered an exceptionally fast processing system to their clients but after Maria Loughran, Broker Relationship manager for Individual Business at Allianz Worldwide Care and Owen Ryan, CCO at Pacific Prime, discussed how the two companies could further benefit one another, the new processing system was developed.
The Straight Through Processing system is an online portal that will enable the administration departments from both companies to work closely together and significantly shorten the application process. Furthermore, in regard to new applicants, instant confirmation of cover will be readily available where no further additional underwriting analysis is required.
Previously, it could have taken up to three days for policy certificates to be returned to clients but with the new system, Pacific Prime expects clients will receive certificates and confirmation within 15 minutes of Allianz Worldwide Care receiving an application.
