ConnectWise Invests Back Into Partner Community with Expansion of Corporate Headquarters
Move to drive new consulting, support, customer service and account management initiatives aligned around the delivery of world-class partner experiences

This additional space, located across the street from its current headquarters, will enable ConnectWise and partner companies LabTech Software and Quosal, to continue to invest back into its rapidly growing partner base. This investment will be evident through a number of new consulting, support, customer service and account management initiatives aligned strategically around the delivery of a world-class partner experience.

6,000 new partners have joined the ConnectWise community since 2008, echoing the substantial growth the managed services industry has experienced over the past five years and beyond. This industry growth has enabled ConnectWise to continue on its upward growth trajectory, adding nearly 2,600 new partners in 2011 and 2012 alone. The headquarters expansion will enable ConnectWise and the rest of the ModernOffice Suite companies to invest back into their partner communities and provide new, innovative offerings that disrupt the status quo.
The ConnectWise headquarters expansion will allow consulting, support, customer service and account management teams to rapidly and efficiently scale as the company grows. Investment in the 24/7 support organization is planned to ensure that the company continues to meet or exceed its consistent 90+ scores on partner satisfaction surveys. Likewise, consulting organization growth is planned to ensure that new and existing partners always know how to take full advantage of the platform’s evolving capabilities.
Using its “right-size formula,” ConnectWise grew its employee base by 35 percent between 2011 and 2012. During that same period, its partner company LabTech Software experienced employee growth higher than 40 percent. Among these new employees are account managers who are directly responsible for ensuring partner satisfaction. Since last year, the total number of account managers directly serving partners increased by more than 50 percent.
The additional space will also be home to ConnectWise IT Services, the IT solutions arm of ConnectWise. Since 1982, ConnectWise IT Services has provided the greater Tampa Bay area with premier IT support. The additional facility will enable the IT services team to better serve new and existing clients as the industry continues to grow.
