Federal agencies have a variety of contract vehicles available to obtain business and technology related consulting services. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Technical, Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) is a strategically-sourced, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle enabling the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its components to competitively procure a wide range of mission and operational support services – anywhere in the world. Issued and administered by the U.S. Coast Guard.
Lone Star is a subcontractor to Crisis1, LLC, a SDVOSB, under Domain 2 (Track 3). Its offerings include:

- Lifecycle Cost Estimating & Analysis
- Earned Value Management
- Studies and Analyses Related to Business, Financial Management, and Audit Services, including Cost Benefit Analysis

The second contract vehicle, CIO-SP3, facilitates the planning, acquisition and deployment of large-scale IT program requirements for all US federal civilian and defense agencies. It is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity GWAC contract managed by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). CIO-SP3 includes ten task areas aimed at providing comprehensive IT services/solutions in support of the Federal Enterprise Architecture, the Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture and the Federal Health Architecture.
