Old World Baking Meets High-Tech Texting

How does one save Father’s Day? By sending a truly personalized, meaningful gift that’s fun and different. So says John Meyer, founder of Browniemoji® TEXTABLE Brownies. What is a “textable” brownie? Mr. Meyer answers, “A Browniemoji® TEXTABLE Brownie gift combines our new text messaging service with a gourmet, made-to-order, fresh baked brownie.” By visiting Browniemoji.com, a user can now send Dad a “Happy Father’s Day” text or e-mail with one of their unique Father’s Day emoji images. Emoji images are those cute little smiley faces people text to each other to show emotion. Then, a matching Father’s Day brownie is custom-baked and decorated with the same emoji image, then cool-packed and rush-shipped right to Dad. The big surprise twist is, the text a user writes is delayed, and sent to Dad only upon delivery of the fresh-baked brownie. It seems magical. The brownie comes packed in a keepsake tin that is custom printed on the inside bottom with the same emoji image, yet again. So, Dad gets a text on his phone, a brownie in his mailbox and a keepsake tin, all at the same time, all with the same matching emoji image.

How does all of this work? Simply put, a user writes a personalized text or e-mail message to a gift recipient, using an emoji image from the Browniemoji.com website. An iPhone app is in the works, but for now users just pick an emoji image at their website and write a personal text message at checkout. Then the bakers, named The Browniemoji® Bakers, custom-bake a delicious brownie printed with the same emoji image that the gift-giver chose to use in their text to their loved one. For Father’s Day, a user can choose from one of two Father’s Day emoji images. One emoji says “#1 DAD!” and the other says “I HEART U DAD!”, using a heart image for “heart”, of course!

With Browniemoji® TEXTABLE Brownies, the image that a gift-giver sends in their text matches the image printed right on the brownie using FDA approved food coloring. Only the finest, all natural ingredients are used by their highly experienced baking team. Then, the custom-baked brownie is packed in a cute little tin with a clear, see-through top. This makes for a very special presentation. Next, the tin-enclosed custom brownie is packed in what looks like a mini-fridge, along with some gel-ice packs to keep the brownie cool while shipping. “No sweaty brownies!” exclaims Mr. Meyer. “We want to be certain that the little fella Dad receives is in perfect condition, cool-packed and ready to enjoy.” Mr. Meyer jokingly refers to the brownies as “Little Fellas” since most of them have cute little faces!

Mr. Meyer says, “I feel I have come up with a unique and fun gift-giving experience that people will want to use on a regular basis, and it doesn’t cost a whole lot of money.” In fact, with individual prices starting at $14.95 and dropping with quantity orders, this may be one of the cheapest ways to send a truly personalized, fun gift. “Everyone wants more bang for their buck these days,” says John Meyer, “and our Browniemoji® TEXTABLE Brownies are a double-whammy big bang BOOM!” Mr. Meyer claims that his deal can’t be beat for its “WOW! factor. He says, “You send a personalized, yummy brownie and a matching text or e-mail delivered at the same time.” Mr. Meyer adds, “No more socks, goofy neckties or aftershave!” Dad’s seem to love anything high-tech, and most Dads have at least a slight interest in enjoying a deliciously decadent brownie.

Browniemoji.com also offers fresh-baked brownie designs to show all kinds of emotions, congratulations, well-wishes and “Thank-you’s” with more designs being added each week. They have Graduation themes, Fourth of July, Happy Birthday and many more. There are also a number of designs meant to be sent with a quick text “just because”. There are Browniemoji® TEXTABLE Brownies titled: “I LOVE YOU!” and “KISSES!” for when a relationship is running smoothly. Then there’s the “SO SAD!”, “CONFUSED!” and the “ANGRY!” designs for when a relationship needs a little work! A number of hilarious Browniemoji® commercials can be seen online that have the tagline: “Smooth it over with a Browniemoji®!!” Mr. Meyer has had a lot of fun creating some whacky commercials, using his experience in the TV business.

Happy Father’s Day Dad!
