Denver, CO (PRWEB) June 11, 2013

Engrain today announced the launch of its TouchTour interactive virtual property tour system at the 2020 Lawrence development in Denver. The property, designed and built by award-winning developer Zocalo, is LEED Gold-registered and one of the greenest multi-family high rises in the nation.

“2020 Lawrence is a unique property and TouchTour is uniquely suited for showcasing it, especially during lease-up,” said Brent Steiner, Engrain president and CEO. “To capture and communicate 2020´s many impressive attributes, Zocalo wanted an immersive digital tool that could provide a very visceral experience. And they wanted it to be part of an information ecosystem linking the touch screen, a website that we developed, the visitor´s smartphone and the leasing team´s property management software.”

A 55” multi-point touch screen in the 2020 Lawrence leasing area allows prospective residents to view floor plans and real-time availability, read about amenities and learn about the surrounding downtown Denver area before taking a physical site tour with a leasing agent. Information on events hosted by the management company or in the local area can be texted to a personal device. Details of a visitor´s TouchTour session is easily saved as a guest card and retrieved later for review.

An additional display-only screen positioned in the front window of the lobby displays photos from an image gallery created specifically for the property by Engrain, as well as information on how sustainability influenced the building’s construction and will drive its ongoing operation.

“Touch panel technology is proven to optimize workflow for employees and simplify the lives of residents,” said Susan Maxwell, director of real estate, Zocalo Community Development. “TouchTour is innovative in its level of integration with the other systems we use and the other elements of the digital presence that Engrain created for 2020 Lawrence. And its ease of use from a content management perspective is unrivaled.”
