Derrick Logan has over 12 years of information systems, operations management and legal technology development and deployment experience, and has worked in some of the most prestigious law firms in the Am Law 200 including Skadden Arps, Weil Gotshal, and Jones Day. Logan has consistently led a staff of project managers and analysts in providing electronic discovery and litigation support services internally to major law firms. Working directly with in-house counsel, senior executives and legal teams, Mr. Logan has affected the collection, processing, review and production of electronically stored information in SEC and IRS investigations, multiple large corporate litigation matters with an emphasis on white collar criminal defense, intellectual property, employment, product liability, mass tort and multi-district litigation. Logan regularly consults attorneys on electronic discovery best practices, assists in the development of discovery plans, and participates in departmental professional development and attorney education. While serving as Litigation Support Manager at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, Mr. Logan achieved several milestones associated with firm-wide in-sourcing and revamping firm technology initiatives. Mr. Logan holds an M.S. degree in Technology Management from Columbia University, New York.
