PropertyValues.us.org Completes Customer Service Audit
Customer satisfaction has improved but company still working to make it better.
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) June 27, 2013
PropertyValues.us.org recently completed an internal audit of their customer service performance in order to find ways to improve their performance, the company said yesterday.
“The best way to find out how to improve your customer service is to do an audit every so often,” a PropertyValues.us.org spokesman said. “That way you find out how you are really doing, as opposed to how you think you are doing.”
PropertyValues.us.org found that the hold time for customers was an average of 87 seconds compared to 101 seconds during the last audit. They said they hope to cut that down to 60 seconds or less in the future.
The company also found that the average time it took a PropertyValues.us.org representative to resolve a question or concern was 4 minutes, 47 seconds. They said they hope to cut that down to under 3 minutes by the end of the year.
“Those are good numbers for any customer service organization to have,” the PropertyValues.us.org spokesman said. “But we know that we can and will do better in the future.”
PropertyValues.us.org plans to improve their customer service numbers by hiring more staff and instituting new training programs, he said.
“Have the right amount of people and giving them the right training is the way to bring those numbers down,” the PropertyValues.us.org spokesman said. “So that is what we are going to do until we meet our goal numbers. We want to offer the best customer service levels in the industry.”
The audit was performed between May 15 and June 15, 2013, he said.
