Dallas, TX (PRWEB) July 01, 2013

Fourth of July strawberries make a perfect dessert for any occasion. They are not only yummy, but can easily be done by even the youngest aspiring chef. These and a gallery of other yummy 4th of July dessert recipes have been published on Kids Activities Blog.

Ingredients needed to make the yummy treats include large strawberries, white chocolate morsels, blue sprinkles, and some wax paper. Melt the white chocolate morsels. Dip the strawberries in the warm while chocolate and cover them about 3/4 of the way. Let them cool a bit, then dip the tips of the strawberries into blue sprinkles. The strawberry dipping time makes for great bonding time with the child. Explain to them the colors of the food.

Another yummy dessert that kids can easily help with is the 4th of July Jell-O Trifle. Ingredients are strawberries, blueberries, cool whip, a frozen pound cake, a pack of strawberry and berry blue Jell-O. Make the Jell-O in shallow baking pans. Then, let the kids assemble the trifle according to the instructions provided on Kids Activities Blog.
