Goliath Technologies Reports Record-Breaking Revenue in the First Half of 2013
Proactive performance monitoring of virtual server and desktop infrastructure along with analysis of Citrix NetScaler continues 11 Quarters of record growth.
Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) July 09, 2013
Goliath Technologies, the leading provider of proactive comprehensive virtual monitoring software for hybrid virtual, cloud and physical and IT environments, announced today that the company’s rate of growth accelerated sharply in the first half of 2013. License bookings revenue increased over 92% on a year over year basis with four to five new customers being added each week – including Overstock.com, myspace, Alpha Actual, Wall Street Systems, Bemis and GreenQube.
“The overwhelming majority of IT departments are hybrid and in some stage of adopting elements of virtual server, virtual desktop and/or cloud,” said Thomas Charlton, Chairman and CEO of Goliath Technologies. “Of course this transition is opaque to end users who just want to access their applications seamlessly. We understand the challenges facing system administrators and our two proactive technologies are aimed at real difficulties encountered when delivering applications to their customers in this evolving IT paradigm. I believe that our 11 consecutive quarters of record growth are validation of the fact that we are delivering the right technology at a price point that doesn’t impede adoption.”
Both MonitorIT and HyperThetical received major functionality enhancements during the first half of 2013. This was highlighted by the release of MonitorIT 10.5 which included the addition of real time performance graphs which takes information from across the virtual, cloud and physical environments more proactive, consumable and easier to put into action. IT managers can now more easily identify bottlenecks, set alerts and automate fix actions for a truly proactive approach to monitoring the entire virtual and physical infrastructure. Additionally, Goliath released HyperThetical for NetScaler 2.0. This release significantly extended the market’s first proactive analysis tool designed specifically for Citrix NetScaler® by giving deeper actionable insight into user behavior, server performance and overall NetScaler functionality to system administrators leveraging NetScaler as a mechanism for ensuring seamless application delivery to end users.
“We selected Goliath technologies during the first half of 2013 for several reasons,” said Hunter McFadden, CEO of GreenQube. “Most of which was that Goliath’s solutions provided a clear vision for proactive IT and enabled us quickly gain deeper insight into our virtual environments.”
