Customers can also print or download statements, monthly/quarterly/annual reports and pay invoices. Each customer also receives password-protected access to their project archives on Box. In each project folder, the customers can view and download source files, translated files, project invoice and certificate of translation accuracy. In addition, they have access to their own folder for uploading new project source files.
