Bright Mountain Holdings, Inc. acquires the social networking site for firefighters called 360Fire.com. It's the third acquisition for the company and increases their following of First Responders.

Bright Mountain Holdings, Inc. has acquired the social networking site http://www.360fire.com. This is the 3rd acquisition for Bright Mountain Holdings.
The acquisition is part of a strategic plan for the company to increase its following of First Responders, including firefighters. With this acquisition the company will also increase brand recognition among First Responders for its main website TheBright.com™.
360 Fire is a social networking site specifically for firefighters. It allows members to share photos, videos, updates and news with others in the firefighter community. There is also a forum where members can engage in conversations about issues and news that matters to them. Aside from it’s niche targeting toward firefighters, Bright Mountain Holdings, Inc. was interested in the site also for its large following on other social media networks, that includes more than 7,000 people, most of which are firefighters.
This acquisition of 360 Fire is part of an overall business strategy to build an online ecosystem of daily content, products and services for a targeted audience of First Responders and military members. “This is our first purchase that is geared towards First Responders,” says President of Bright Mountain Holdings, Kip Speyer. “It will help us begin to establish our brand with Firefighters, which is a significant part of our target audience.” Bright Mountain Holdings, Inc. plans to acquire additional websites and companies that are tailored towards military members and First Responders, to gain an even larger share of the marketplace.
