"Food Expo has been playing a pivotal role in the food trade and increasing exhibitors’ exposure. The Gourmet Zone (15-18 August) proves to be popular among high-end food suppliers, helping them reach out to a larger market and cater to the growing demand for top-quality food. Gourmet Zone will continue to expand with more categories of exhibits this year under four themes: Western Delicacy, Asian Cuisine, Sweet Delight and Chic & More,"” Chau added.

The Public Hall (15-19 August) and Trade Hall (15-17 August) will be dedicated to consumers and food manufacturers and tea suppliers respectively. The Trade Hall will welcome industry buyers for business in the first two days and open to public visitors on 17 August.
