Statêra, “We Make Cloud and IT Services Easy™,” successfully completed a recent Salesforce.com Service Cloud project and signed an on-going maintenance agreement with XENEX. XENEX’s technology aims to reduce the number of healthcare associated infections that destroy the lives of millions of patients and their families, and emphasizes delivering a high level of service. Based in San Antonio, Texas, XENEX recently implemented Salesforce.com (SFDC), and required enhancements to drive efficiency and user adoption. In particular, XENEX needed to improve the processes and technical design for inventory tracking and shipping high-value materials to prospects and customers.
Overall, Statêra improved XENEX’s SFDC Service Cloud to enhance their ability to do business in such areas as asset tracking, management, and product delivery. Statêra’s work included requirements gathering, application design, advanced configuration, Apex development, and system and training documentation. In addition, Statêra rewrote a custom object within the Service Cloud and automated a number of features to reduce processing time, and provide a higher level of visibility to critical XENEX assets. XENEX has signed an ongoing Cloud Services Brokerage maintenance agreement for Statêra to continue to support SFDC applications for the company.
