Latest jTask™ Software Update Focuses on OCM Project Communications

July 17, 2013

Pulse™ 4.5 helps project teams communicate to engage stakeholders and support organization readiness.

Palo Alto, CA (PRWEB) July 17, 2013

jTask, Inc., a leader in organizational change management and end user training, released Pulse 4.5 to customers on July 1. This latest release provides a leap forward in Pulse’s ability to support project communications management.

Pulse is the software solution for oversight and management of key OCM project functions: communications, end-user training and role mapping. For companies working on ERP software implementations, Pulse lets them answer questions about what is going on with critical organization readiness activities.

The 4.5 release of Pulse enhances teams’ abilities to manage communications and events. Results are evaluated to see whether an organization is ready for an ERP software go live. Key project messages and events are tracked in real time. The results are that stakeholders are engaged, the organization knows how the project will affect them, individuals know how the project will affect them and everyone knows what is expected of them.

Said jTask Principal Roger Watson, "Pulse is an exciting realization of my career-long focus to provide businesses with visibility into their organizational change and training processes. By building software to help them accelerate these processes, we can all work better and smarter." Pulse users can rapidly build a communication plan and manage project stakeholders.

A dashboard provides a list of upcoming and completed communications and events, along with a graphical view of how successfully each item was received by its target audience. More successful communications and events can be duplicated and added to the schedule quickly and easily with Pulse.

Team members can see a detailed view of each communication item, including its background, history of events or target audiences. This enables the project team to answer questions from senior executives on what is happening with various aspects of the project communications.

The Communicate module of Pulse is one of three modules for supporting organizational change managers. jTask provides Pulse to all its consulting customers. Licenses are available publicly for purchase. Those wishing to try Pulse can do so at the jTask website products page http://jtask.com/products or by contacting sales (at) jTask (dot) com.
