Inmar today announced that John Ross, president, Inmar Analytics, will be a featured speaker at this fall’s, Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA) and the Food Marketing Institute’s (FMI) new Collaborating for Growth Conference. Ross will present with Mir Aamir, president of Customer Loyalty and Digital Technologies, Safeway Inc.
This conference, new in 2013, will bring together industry manufacturers and retailers to discuss how trading partners can achieve measurable, sustainable results through collaboration.
Ross and Aamir will take a strategic look at how shopper expectations are changing in the digital age and what it now takes to earn shopper loyalty. They also will discuss opportunities for those who respond appropriately and deploy the technology needed to bring services in line with needs.
