Mobile Innovations President and founder Gary Bauer introduced John Haliburton, a mobile law enforcement and government agency specialist, expanding his company's presence in the US marketplace for BB10 and Android solutions like MPA In-Vehicle Office.
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) July 31, 2013
Mobile Innovations President Gary Bauer announced the appointment of law enforcement and government agency veteran John Haliburton to the company’s US team today.
Haliburton has over a decade of experience representing companies and business groups to local, state and federal government agencies. He has special strength in mobility and law enforcement – two areas that are of particular value to Mobile Innovations. A BlackBerry Solutions Partner, Mobile Innovations is known worldwide for its advanced wireless solutions for law enforcement, and works with over thirty agencies in the English-speaking world.
The new arrangement with Haliburton coincides with the company's recent release of MPA In-Vehicle Office for BB10 with Nuance voice and Android tablet. The new MPA Mobile Office solution features a Google Nexus 10 working as a heads up display, along with a license scanner, keyboard, printer and webcam, all securely connected to the officer's BB10.
“When I first came across Mobile Innovations' MPA In-Vehicle Office with Nuance for reports and plate look-ups, I was impressed with the possibilities.” Says Haliburton. “Then I saw their new setup with the Google Nexus 10 running off the BlackBerry. It knocked my socks off.” Born and raised in the Atlanta area, Haliburton sees a bright future for mobile law enforcement using solutions offered by the Toronto-based company in his 'back yard.'
“Like our clients in Canada and the UK, the agencies that John works with in the United States are looking for affordable, sustainable, productivity-driven mobile solutions that are easy to deploy.” Adds Bauer. “We look forward to working with John to raise awareness of the benefits of our ability to put the power of police knowledge at the officer's fingertips.”
