SparkWorks Presents at DevLearn 2013

August 21, 2013

SparkWorks is excited to present at the industry-leading event, DevLearn 2013, October 23-25 in Las Vegas

(PRWEB) August 21, 2013

SparkWorks, the only software that allows you to build your own adaptive, competency-based learning for online and mobile training, is excited to present at DevLearn 2013. DevLearn is a cutting-edge training and learning event that features the largest collection of technology-focused learning industry suppliers anywhere.

SparkWorks CLO Dr. Janet Corral will be presenting the concurrent session “Measuring for mastery: How to Measure Deep Performance.” The session will help participants learn how to measure performance and how to apply this knowledge to their own in-house learning experiences. Participants will discover how to apply these criteria to the design, development, and implementation of eLearning, followed by an opportunity for participants to apply what they’ve learned to their own situations.

According to Corral, most employees come in with a certain skill set, but the knowledge economy requires adaptation to change, and often merging of skill sets – and applying them 'outside the box'.

“We are excited to train eLearning leaders and executives on how their teams can master new core skills, merge existing knowledge with new situations, and creatively adapt to new situations while staying within the corporate mission,” said Corral.

The DevLearn 2013 conference is October 23 – 25 in Las Vegas, NV. The event features a comprehensive showcase of leading tools, technologies, content, and services. SparkWorks is also exhibiting at booth 704 on the expo floor.
