Lake Oswego, Oregon (PRWEB) September 17, 2013

Succeed Management Solutions, LLC, of Lake Oswego, OR, has announced a strategic partnership with Bookers International Vocational Training Center of Buea, Cameroon. Cameroon Bookers provides vocational training and skill development to workers throughout the region, with an express mission to help reduce chronic unemployment.

Cameroon Bookers will introduce the Succeed Risk Management Center to companies and individuals throughout West Africa. The Cameroon Bookers/Succeed partnership will work to secure the support of governments in the region, including Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, and Ghana to provide this innovative internet-based employee training and health and safety management software platform to workers in search of new skills and to companies who want to proactively manage workplace health and safety.

The Risk Management Center will provide a range of tools to help companies and workers manage risk to improve safety on the job, including a library of health and safety resources, a student and employee training management system, a workplace incident management system, and hazardous materials communications platform that conforms to the United Nation’s new Globally Harmonized System to protect workers.

Curt Shaw, President and CEO of Succeed says, “We are delighted to be working with Cameroon Bookers and Molua Becke to introduce an easy-to-access and easy-to-use solution for governments, companies, and individuals to learn and implement effective occupational health and safety training and management strategies.”

Molua Becke, the President of Cameroon Bookers explains, “Our mission is to provide the knowledge and expertise for individuals to help them become effective and valuable participants in the West African labor market. The Risk Management Center can help workers and local and international companies ensure they remain both safe and competitive.”

Mr. Becke will be visiting several West African nations in late September and early October to share his vision and work with government ministries throughout the region to support and endorse the Risk Management Center for companies operating in their countries.

Succeed and Cameroon Bookers recently met with Mr. James Foretia, the Representative of the Minister of Employment and Vocational & Professional Training from the Republic of Cameroon. Mr. Foretia supports the Succeed/Cameroon Bookers initiative because, as he says, “The idea is to train as a function of the needs of the labor market. I am convinced this is going to solve a major issue: create jobs, ensure the transfer of technology, and ensure the transfer of know-how. This Center is going to serve us purposefully, to create awareness and to train Cameroonians to ensure the administration of safety within our enterprises and economic venture units.” Click to watch a video of the interview with James Foretia.
