Ericsson Microwave Executive Ola Gustafsson Joins Aviat Networks as Head of Product and Services Portfolio
SANTA CLARA, Calif., Oct. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Aviat Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVNW), the leading expert in microwave networking solutions, today announced that Ola Gustafsson recently joined the company in Santa Clara as senior vice president, product and services portfolio management. In this role, Mr. Gustafsson is responsible for maximizing the value of Aviat Networks’ product and service portfolio.
Mr. Gustafsson brings extensive senior leadership experience in microwave and wireless technologies to Aviat Networks. He most recently served as Ericsson’s head of product line microwave and mobile backhaul. In that role, Mr. Gustafsson developed and managed the roadmap and lifecycle for the entire Ericsson microwave portfolio, which includes the MINI-LINK(TM) microwave system and small cell products, as well as IP-based mobile backhaul routing and switching products.
