Retailers selected LDSP’s Rayovac Alkaline Batteries & Flashlights as the winner in CSP’s 2013 Retailer Choice Best New Product Contest in the General Merchandise category, winning through the retailers’ voting process which recognizes the convenience retailing channel’s best new products of 2013. LDSP was also recognized for best customer service, with high marks for marketing and innovative products in the general merchandise and HBC categories, by CSP’s study of convenience retailers. The national award reflected responses to the “2013 Inaugural CSP Brand Perception Study” from convenience retailers with 10 to 200 locations conducted by Readex Research, a top independent research firm.

CSN has chosen two of LDSP’s products as recipients of the 2013 Best New Products Award –Rayovac brand for the general merchandise category and Carmex Cherry Stick two-pack lip balm for the health & beauty care [HBC] category.
