Several new features have been added, including: links for the display of user-defined Twitter™ feeds and YouTube™ content; user-directed connectivity to customized RSS and other data feeds; access to an online News Bureau where users choose from a wide selection of content offerings and compose program schedules tailored for appeal to their unique audiences; tools that extend display life by assigning blackout schedules, optimize bandwidth usage by setting content pickup intervals, monitor network status and servicing and much more. “With its breadth of capabilities, Manager 5 has set a lofty standard for digital signage networks both hosted and resident”, stated Matt Welter, inLighten Director of Training.
