Weather Fusion, LLC, an industry leader in providing weather verification information for the insurance, roofing, and construction industries, today announced it has settled its lawsuit against Weather Decision Technologies, Inc. The lawsuit, styled Weather Fusion, L.L.C. v. Weather Decision Technologies, Inc., Case No. CIV-12-765-C, was filed by Weather Fusion in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma on July 6, 2012, and alleged claims of misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright infringement, breach of contract, computer fraud and abuse, fraud, unjust enrichment and unfair competition. The case was settled on confidential terms, and the federal court entered an order permanently enjoining Weather Decision Technologies from taking action that Weather Fusion claimed was harmful to its interests.
