Twilya L'Ecuyer, owner of CURE Group Consulting, will begin a first term on the Kansas Department of Agriculture Ag Marketing Advisory Board. The Ag Marketing Advisory Board oversees several key activities related to a number of services offered to Kansas farmers and farm-based agri-businesses.

Through From the Land of Kansas, the Kansas Department of Agriculture provides Kansas farmers, farm-based agri- businesses marketing assistance through a variety of programs. Specialized assistance is available to conventional farmers as well as niche-market and valued-added producers looking for ways to increase market access.
Rural businesses benefit through promotion, networking, and other marketing related services that enable emerging and expanding business to access customers more easily and on a limited marketing budget. Other services are related to international ag marketing, agricultural business development, and agricultural education.
