accesso has established a high-availability, PCI Level I compliant network operation at Rackspace’s United Kingdom data center to ensure its innovative hosted ticketing platform is delivered with the highest degree of speed to local venues, while a new guest contact operation now provides technical support for European clients in multiple languages including Dutch, German, French and English. Team members have also been added in the company’s Twyford, United Kingdom headquarters to provide front-line implementation coordination and support for the accesso Passport ticketing suite.
