Dr. Katyal is a fellowship-trained, triple board-certified Interventional Pain Medicine specialist. After completing his fellowship, he was invited to join the faculty as associate staff at the Cleveland Clinic, where he continued his clinical, educational and research efforts for nearly four years.

Dr Katyal is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology and in Headache Medicine by the United Council of Neurologic Subspecialties. Dr. Katyal's interest and expertise are in minimally invasive treatment modalities for lower back pain such as minimally invasive lumbar decompression (MILD), spinal implantable devices and interventional procedures for patients suffering from chronic headaches, facial pain and neck pain.
