Navvia will be at the summit demonstrating their latest release which includes significant enhancements to the design module, as well as the recently released ServiceNow® templates that aid in the rapid implementation of ServiceNow. They will showcase how Navvia can make it easier to visually design the ITSM process.
The organization was also recently announced as a 2014 Gartner “Cool Vendor” in IT Operations. The report analyzed Navvia’s application that allows users to create and manage their ITSM process documentation, assess process capability, and govern processes against standards such as ITIL® and CobiT®. The application also includes variety of ITSM training courses as part of the solution.
