About General Harmonics

General Harmonics is a Canadian based international research and
development company that has developed entirely new technology which
dramatically improves efficiency and monetization of digital
entertainment. The GH “DynamicMedia Platform” for mobile and
terrestrial delivery of audio, video and related media provides massive
media data reduction and delivery acceleration without loss of quality,
effectively changing the way media content is stored, distributed and
monetized. The Company has filed two PCT patents covering over 100
individual claims and has filed 26 provisional patents.

The DynamicMedia Technology and its underlying concepts are radically
different from those presently in use in Internet media systems. The
Technology is derived from principles of harmonic analysis, semantic
multi-node transfer and neural pattern recognition combined with
principles of advanced chaos information processing.

Mr. Wade Attwood, CEO and President of General Harmonics states “we are
very pleased that Mitch has joined our team of dedicated business and
technical professionals and we are confident that Mr. Singer will
provide GH with an exceptional skill set. We look forward to working
