Sevatec Awarded $168 Million Single-Award BPA from Office of Personnel Management
Firm to provide integrator services to support OPM’s learning management systems.

Sevatec, Inc. (Sevatec) announced today that it has been awarded a prime contract by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to provide Learning Management System (LMS) support services. The five-year, single-award, blanket purchase agreement (BPA) has a total estimated ceiling value of $168 million.
The OPM USA Learning® Program Office, formerly known as GoLearn, requires services to support the Government Online Learning Center and e-Training Program across distinct areas: Integrator, IT Security, Hosting, and Help Desk Services. Under the terms of the contract, Sevatec will solely support the Integrator service area which includes LMS Services; Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS) Services; Course Development; Project Management (PM) Services; Implementation, Customization and Integration Support Services; Technical/Training Consulting and Change Management; Transition Planning and Services; and, Organizational Needs Assessment.
The LMS award is a continuation of Sevatec’s nine-year history supporting OPM’s educational and training objectives. Since 2005, Sevatec has implemented enterprise Learning Management Systems for over 30 OPM clients and has delivered LMS-related services for every cabinet level department and more than 30 other agencies.
