Cask Named a North American IT Service Management Implementation Services Leader by Independent Research Firm
Cask among those that “lead the pack”
SAN DIEGO, July 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Cask, a leading Business and Technology Management Consulting firm, was among thirteen select companies that Forrester Research, Inc. invited to participate in The Forrester Wave(TM) North American ITSM Implementation Services Providers, Q2 2014. In this evaluation, Cask was cited as one of only four Leaders in IT Service Management implementation services. Cask was among the highest scoring vendors in Client Feedback on Service Quality, Client Feedback on Account Management, Scope of Offerings, Strategy for Legacy Modernization, and ITSM services growth rate (year-over-year).
Forrester’s rigorous assessment evaluated “the 13 most significant providers in the category and research, analyzed and scored them.” According to Forrester, Cask is one of four firms that “lead the pack”.
In the report, Forrester notes, “Cask showed its strengths in prebuilt IP, focus, investment to support strategy, and legacy modernization.” Forrester continued, “by targeting current processes, Cask leads workshops to discover current requirements and drive process innovation.”
Cask is also excited to be partnered with another “Leader”, Cloud Sherpas to provide best-of-breed solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
“We believe our strong position in the leader’s section of the Forrester Wave(TM) is a direct result of the value and transformation our customers are achieving – successful solutions start with the customer experience and required outcomes in mind, vice jumping to solutioning first,” said Jason Rosenfeld, Cask Practice Lead, Service Management.
“Our services and solutions have been tailored to the needs of CIOs, senior IT managers, and other enterprise leaders combined based on our vision for the next generation of Service Management,” said Mark Larsen, Director. “Cask’s Service Management Portfolio delivers ITSM best practices integrated with underlying transformational capabilities including Organizational Change Management, Cost Transparency, Cost Optimization, and Cloud Strategy.”
Cask’s President Elizabeth Guezzale said, “We are honored that what we believe is our incredible Service Management practice has been recognized by Forrester for their continued success and commitment to our clients. We appreciate how the Forrester report recognizes that ‘Bigger Doesn’t Mean Better,’ as one of the core values of Cask continues to apply to all that we do – strive to be the best, not the biggest.”
