Ryland's Presentation at the UBS Building and Building Products Fifth Annual CEO Conference to Be Broadcast Live

The Ryland Group, Inc. (NYSE:RYL), one of the nation's largest homebuilders, will broadcast its presentation at the UBS Building and Building Products Fifth Annual CEO Conference live on its Web site at www.ryland.com. The presentation will be held in New York on Tuesday, Nov. 6, at 9:40 a.m. EST.

To access the broadcast, go to the Investors section of the Ryland Web site and click on the UBS conference link under the "Events and Presentations" heading. Listeners are encouraged to go to the site at least five minutes prior to the start of the presentation. The broadcast will be available for replay until Dec. 6 for all those who are unable to listen on Nov. 6.
