MTC Wins Potential $4.5 Million Contract for Military Satellite Communications Work

DAYTON, Ohio, Oct. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MTC Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq Global Select Market: MTCT), an industry-recognized provider of aircraft modernization and sustainment, professional services, C4ISR, and logistics solutions to the Department of Defense (DoD) and national security agencies, announced today that MTC's Professional Services Group won a basic plus nine-year, time and materials contract, potentially worth $4.5 million to the Company.
The Air Force Space and Missile Center (SMC), Military Satellite Communications Wing (MCSW), Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I), Configuration and Data Management (CM/DM) Contract provides a vehicle to support the Wing's mission to provide existing and next generation communications systems to meet current and projected DoD operational requirements.
MTC, as a subcontractor to Jackson & Tull, Washington, DC, will be responsible for SE&I and CM/DM support to all satellite programs within the MCSW and for providing advisory and assistance services and management products to the wing. The work will be accomplished at Los Angeles Air Force Base, El Segundo, CA, with appropriate visits and audits to satellite program locations.
