HotPads.Com Launches For Sale Real Estate Search Engine

WASHINGTON, Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- HotPads.com, http://hotpads.com/, a popular map-based housing search engine and listing service, today announced its launch into the For Sale market. For two years HotPads has built its presence in the rental market amassing over 80,000 available rental properties currently including 30 of the top 50 property management companies in the country. Now, consumers are able to use HotPads' innovative technology to search for real estate for sale, and real estate professionals can use HotPads to market their listings for free.

HotPads is entering the For Sale market with over 200,000 listings provided by clients and partners that had previously been using HotPads to market rental listings. HotPads is free and open to post.
