Interline Purchases Expansion Property

ALPINE, Utah, Nov. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Interline Resources Corporation (Pink Sheets: IRCE): today announced that an agreement has been reached with Newfield RMI on the purchase of a 12 acre tract bordering their new NorthCut Refining facility located near Douglas, Wyoming. Included in this purchase are office, storage and utility buildings that can accommodate maintenance of Interlines' own tanker trucks.

Michael Williams, President and CEO of Interline stated "The addition of the Newfield property to NorthCut Refining will enhance our ability to better serve both suppliers and customers of NorthCut. This purchase also gives us flexibility for future expansion of our refinery as market opportunities dictate."

The NorthCut Refinery project is currently under construction and scheduled to be placed into service near the end of December 2007.
