ProactiveWatch Announces ''Managed Services the Easy Way'' With Immediate Availability of Next Generation Monitoring and Diagnostics System for VARs

Advanced web site and Citrix response time monitors. Any ProactiveWatch agent can monitor the response time of any web page, and the response time via the ICA protocol of any Citrix server.

Historical snapshots of application and system state, with cross-server compares. ProactiveWatch allows time and date stamped snapshots of monitored servers to easily be created. The subsequent state of any set of servers across any set of customers can then easily be compared to these snapshots -- answering the question, "what has changed."

One-click integration with popular remote control methods like Microsoft Terminal Services, or VNC.
