ICx Technologies Prices Initial Public Offering

ARLINGTON, Va., Nov. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ICx Technologies , a developer of advanced technology solutions for homeland security and defense, announced today that its initial public offering of 5,000,000 common shares has priced at $16.00 per share. ICx has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any. The Company's shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq on November 8, 2007 under the symbol "ICXT."

Lehman Brothers Inc. acted as sole book-running manager, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. acted as joint lead managers, and Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc. and Needham & Company, LLC acted as co-managers of the offering.

A registration statement relating to these securities was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The offering is being made solely by means of a prospectus.
