Exclusive Licensee of MetaSwarm Technology in China, Beijing InfoSure Technology Ltd., Signs Contract to Deploy the Mobile Message Organizer System in China

BEIJING, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MetaSwarm, Inc. announced that its exclusive licensee in China, Beijing InfoSure Technology Ltd. ("Beijing InfoSure"), has signed a contract with Beijing Hoongo Information Technology, Ltd. ("Beijing Hoongo") to deploy the RD Mobile Message Organizer System (RDMMOS) in mainland China. Beijing Hoongo has indicated that the Message Organizer System will initially be free to cell phone users and will be supported by advertising revenues.
Based on MetaSwarm's proprietary and patent-pending HyperSwarm Engine, RDMMOS performs as a friendly and handy platform for cell phone users. The RDMMOS is capable of sending, receiving, storing, searching and organizing short messages, multi-media messages, photos and music files between mobile terminals, such as cell phones, and Internet sites. Through its contract with Beijing Hoongo, Beijing InfoSure is entitled to receive 20% of all revenue generated from the RDMMOS.
Pursuant to its licensing contract with Beijing InfoSure, MetaSwarm is entitled to receive a 10% royalty fee of Beijing InfoSure's total revenue
