DSG International PLC to Embed SpareBackup Software in Their Private Label PC’s Beginning in 1st Quarter 2008

PALM DESERT, Calif., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Spare Backup, Inc (BULLETIN BOARD: SPBU) announced today that DSG International has agreed to embed SpareBackup software in its private label PC’s beginning in the first quarter of 2008. The opt-out SpareBackup offer will be launched upon the initialization of the new computer and is covered under the terms of the current agreements between the two companies

Spare anticipates that its software will be available to over one million customers through this deployment method. This agreement is another step forward in the ongoing relationship between the two companies. DSG distributes its OEM PC’s throughout its customer network and through its 1,450 stores and online stores, spanning 27 countries.
