VoxBox World Telecom, Inc. Changes Name to Internet Media Technologies, Inc. Effective November 21st, 2007 and Will Trade Under the Symbol IMTG.PK

VoxBox World Telecom, Inc. announces that the Board of Directors have elected to change the corporation's name to Internet Media Technologies, Inc. effective November 21st, the new symbol will be (Pink Sheets:IMTG). The name change is to reflect the company's diversification strategy, which will be outlined in a Presidents letter in the next several weeks. The company will continue to operate in the Voip industry through a company owned subsidiary called, VoxBox Telecom, Inc. the shift in strategy is to build a more diversified company and to become less dependant on a single product or industry.
Management believes the current trading volume of its stock is due largely to short sellers covering their positions.
