ICTV Relocates Corporate Headquarters to Downtown San Jose

ICTV, a provider of software solutions to cable system operators, has relocated its corporate headquarters to River Park Tower in downtown San Jose.

The move establishes downtown San Jose as the development and business hub of the ICTV ActiveVideo distribution network. River Park Tower is located near major highways and the San Jose International Airport. ICTV's corporate, administrative, sales, marketing and engineering positions will be located in the 16-story building. The lease includes space to accommodate personnel growth as ActiveVideo offerings increase.

Jeff Miller, president and CEO of ICTV, said: "As we launch our ActiveVideo distribution network and work more directly with high-profile entertainment partners, it has become important that we create an environment that projects our new role in the industry."
