IDT to Webcast Third Quarter Fiscal Year 2005 Financial Results on January 26, 2005

IDT(TM) (Integrated Device Technology, Inc.)(Nasdaq:IDTI), a leading communications IC company, today announced it will issue third quarter fiscal year 2005 financial results on January 26, 2005 and will hold a live Webcast and teleconference to discuss the results.
The Webcast will begin at 1:30 p.m. PST and will be accessible via the IDT Web site at www.IDT.com. The Webcast replay will be available after 5 p.m. PST on January 26 through February 17. The teleconference, which will run concurrently with the Webcast, will be available for replay after 5 p.m. PST on January 26 through 11:59 p.m. PST on February 2.
