Nokia Gets Antitrust Green Light on Navteq Deal

Nokia has received antitrust clearance from the US Federal Trade Commission to proceed with its acquisition of digital map maker Navteq.
Nokia announced the deal in October. It plans to pay about $78 a share for Navteq, which adds up to about $8.1bn.
