Ezwim Launches Online Telecom Manager Service

Ezwim, a provider of telecom expense management services, has launched its online telecom manager service.
Online telecom manager (OTM) service is a commercial electronic bill presentment service offered in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model enabling operators to deliver web-based bill presentment, advanced analysis, split billing, cost allocation, and fleet management services to enterprises.
Jean-Marc Provost, product manager at Ezwim, said: "OTM allows operators to generate new revenue streams by offering advanced cost and service management services to enterprises, while reducing operational cost by eliminating the paper bill and making the internet the first point of contact for bill enquiries."
