Regulatory News:

Telelogic (STO:TLOG) today announced that a global mobile communications manufacturer has signed a license and maintenance agreement for core components of Telelogic's Solution for Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM), with a value of 733,000 Euro.

The three year agreement expands and extends the existing contract and will see the customer continue to use; Telelogic SDL Suite(TM) (part of the Telelogic Tau(R) product family) for specification and development of complex, event-driven communications systems and protocol software, Telelogic TTCN Suite(TM) for compliance testing of communicating systems and Telelogic DOORS(R) for requirements analysis, definition and management, Telelogic Synergy(TM) for enterprise change and configuration management. The agreements adds Telelogic Tester(TM) the TTCN 3-based software testing solution for systems testing and integration testing of the software development lifecycle to facilitate the company's migration to the next generation of mobile communications.

"Telelogic's solutions for ELM enable customers to build more robust embedded applications with higher performance, smaller footprint and at a lower cost. Orders such as this are continued affirmation that we are delivering the measurable results the communications industry demands," said Anders Lidbeck, President and CEO of Telelogic.
