‘Ridiculous’ in All Religions

Message for Mr. O’Donnell (Dec. 12): All religions based on revelation — Mormonism, every Christian sect, Islam and Judaism — have their “ridiculous” aspects, at least as measured by “pure reason.” That’s where faith comes in. My instinct tells me that O’Donnell would find something to rant about in every religion. This only proves one point: Left-wing bigotry is no more attractive than the right-wing variety.
