Veroxity Announces Investment From Banc of America Capital Investors

BEDFORD, Mass., Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Veroxity Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of mission critical optical data networks, is pleased to announce that private equity firm Banc of America Capital Investors (BACI) has invested equity capital in Veroxity to further expand the company's operations domestically and internationally. George Morgan, a Managing Director of Banc of America Capital Investors, said that the firm is "excited to partner with Veroxity and its management team to support the continued rapid growth and success of the business."
