BRIEF: Man Robs Gold Coast Bank
By Chicago Tribune
Dec. 16–CHICAGO — Police are searching for a man who robbed a bank Saturday morning at the intersection of Clark and Division Streets.
The man entered Charter One bank, 1201 N. Clark St., just before 11 a.m., approached the counter and ordered a teller to fill a bag, police said. He ran eastbound on Division with an unknown amount of money.
Though he did not display a weapon, the suspect might have implied he was armed, police said Saturday. A detailed description of the robber was not immediately available.
