Catapult Technology Awarded Five-Year $70M Department of Defense Task Order

BETHESDA, Md., Dec. 19 /PRNewswire/ — Catapult Technology, Ltd., a leading Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) Information Technology (IT) contractor to the Federal government, announced the award of a five-year, $70 million task order under the General Services Administration (GSA) Veterans Technology Services Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (VETS) to the Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Defense Continuity Integrated Network/Pentagon Continuity Information System (DCIN/PCIS) program.

Catapult Technology is the prime contractor and will provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support services 24×7, 365 days a year for the current and evolving DCIN/PCIS infrastructure. The DCIN/PCIS program represents a network-centric solution that provides data storage; data replication; automated fail-over; monitoring, management, and systems administration functions; and logistical support. These capabilities will assist DoD Pentagon area tenants in satisfying certain Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Continuity of Business (COB) objectives for mission-essential functions.
