BellSouth and Budget Phone Inc. Sign Long-Term Commercial Agreement

ATLANTA, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BellSouth and Budget Phone Inc. today announced the signing of a long-term commercial agreement for the provisioning of wholesale local phone services throughout the nine-state BellSouth region in the Southeast. With the successful completion of negotiations with Budget Phone, BellSouth has reached 29 long- term commercial agreements with its wholesale customers.
